I'm Gianmarco, Italian, currently living in Fortaleza (Brazil) after 7 years in the UK (London, Cambridge and Leeds)... yes I needed a warm place after all that rain!

I am a nutritionist and i work online in the e-commerce area. I also love to cook, learn new recipes and seek out the best local ingredients and products.

I also love sports (practicing and watching), nights out, jokes, good music (this is a long chapter..!), geopolitics.. and anything involving cultural exchange.
