About Me

I'm a Philadelphia native with a deep love for traveling, sports, movies (watching and making videos), cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Come visit me in Philly!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet people and make new friends. I have a lot of friends in Philly and New York but would love to connect with travelers from other places and learn more about the world.

Interests

Making videos, watching great movies and TV shows, playing basketball, running, cooking Mexican food, dancing to early 2000s hip-hop, playing with my nephew, eating at cheap but delicious restaurants, listening to electronic music, and traveling with friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite music is always hard to pick, but I'd have to say The Beatles, Michael Jackson, and Daft Punk are among my favorites. What I'm listening to right now are The Knocks, Miike Snow, and Anderson.Paak.

My favorite films are The Godfather, Rocky, Superman, The Matrix, Lord of the Rings, Casablanca, 2001, Goodfellas, The Big Lebowski, and Heat.

Favorite books are Siddhartha, the Game of Thrones series, The Alienist, City of Thieves, and the Inspector Montalbano series.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hate to do this but it's a three-way tie: hiking in the Grand Canyon, living in Rome, and meeting President Obama.

Teach, Learn, Share

I speak English and some Italian. I would love to improve my Italian as well as learn Spanish, French, and sign language.

I also love shooting videos and would be happy to share what I've learned.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My house is small, but it has a large and comfortable couch, access to a bathroom with shower, and access to a full kitchen.

If I am home and cooking dinner, I am happy to provide dinner for my guests.

My place is located in the East Passyunk neighborhood in Philadelphia, which has many great restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, and the Broad Street subway within a very short walking distance.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Canada, Cayman Islands, France, Italy, Mexico, Monaco, Peru, Switzerland, United Kingdom
