About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Keeping the balance within and around me.

ABOUT ME

I'm not the most extrovert man, I'm not the shiest either. I believe they have a word for 'that' now.. "ambivert".

I follow a golden rule.. respect. I believe I can't agree with everybody, everytime. If something about such divergence could be learnable, I'd be more than happy to do so, if not (although there's usually something learnable), then I stick to such rule.. RESPECT.

Believer that love and wittiness are very powerful ways for the promotion and achievement of human welfare.

PHILOSOPHY

Smile. It's free. Sometimes it seems the best way to be in harmony with yourself and the rest of humans out there is to follow a love rule. The more you try to give, the more the fullfilment you get.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted great people from my own country, Finland and Belgium so far.

Been hosted by the greatest people. In Madrid, in Paris, in Nancy, in Gent, in Leuven, in Lyon, Buenos Aires..

Interests

Science. Neuroscince in particular amazes me. Immunobiology. Cancer research. Biotechnology.

My favorite sport is swimming although for the past year university has taken most of my free time to do so. When I do get the chance, I go for a swim or a run.

Well as most people, I love to travel and to get to know people. I would like to master german before learning another language (probably a scandinavian one. They sound really cool).

Economy improvement. Heart warming. Cognitive functions heightening. Loving. Wine tasting. Culture acquiring. Prejudice breaking.

Music, Movies, and Books

On top, -Mommy- by Xavier Dolan and a french movie called Angel-a. Then, it can go from hollywood comedies such as -Mean girls- (yes, Mean girls), to not so funny french movies such as -La délicatesse-. I think the only genre I do not enjoy is horror.

I like reading about everything: sociology, economics, philosophy, fashion, history, art, fiction.. Favorite book I'd probably say -Brave New World- by Aldous Huxley. Oh and -The Grapes of Wrath- by John Steinbeck.. -L'Élégence du hérisson- by Muriel Barbery.. -La synthèse du Camphre- by Arthur Dreyfus.. Sartre, the works of ancient greek philosophers and more.

Music.. trance, electro, house, pop/rock, indie music, most operas from around the world.
Jessye Norman, BEP, Modest Mouse, Sichelle, Cassius, Dash berlin, Massive Attack, The kooks, Bombay Bycicle Club, Death cab for cutie, Aly & Fila, Maria Callas, northamerican pop in general.. really lots more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Still surviving the whole C-19 mess.

Teach, Learn, Share

To learn, well, everything? I mean, all I don't know is learnable and given tha fact I don't know lots of things, I guess I would learn about anything. To teach, well, anything as long as I can.
