我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I used to be fat guy, my weight is 85kg, then my friend always called me big fatty guy of course i was very angry. but because it i had done a positive thing that is workout 4 times a week then 6 month later i had lost 30 kg. so my weight now is 55 kg.
If you wants to be a fit i can share with you how to lost your weight!!
