Hello! I am friendly and easy-going Brazilian studying Linguistics in Tempe, Arizona. I was born in Brazil but moved to the US in 2017 to study and explore the US. I am language teacher and love languages. I like to talk about everything. I love hiking, water, and being in the nature as much as I can. I am gay and happily married!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am on Couch Surfing because I don't want only to be another tourist in the city. Couch surfing allows me to meet incredible people and have unforgettable experiences. I want to get to know real people. Hostels and Hotels are nice, but nothing compared to a Couch Surfing Experience. I have done that in Europe and I loved it!

I enjoy movies, especially with social critique. I binge-watch Friends, Golden Girls, Law and Order SVU, Desperate Housewives, Pose, Rupaul Drag Race, House Hunters, … name it and I’ll probably like it.. I like to read anything related to language, culture, science. I like pop, Latin and a Brazilian music (MPB, Tribalista,…). As you can see, I am an eclectic person always open to new experiences.

I have been a volunteer in Slovakia for a year and traveled to a couple of counties in Western Europe. I am originally from Minas Gerais, Brazil, and I know how to make pão de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread).

I can share my Spanish and French intermediate language skills. You can get to know about Brazil and learn some Portuguese :) I have been interested in meditation and yoga recently (but I know little about it and would love to learn more about it)
