Hi! I'm Gilles! As my profile says, I'm a 26 years old Belgian. And- as you can imagine- I really love travelling!:)

When I'm home, I mainly work as a documentalist (meaning I do research about social/political subjects in order to make educational videos). Learning about new stuff, and especially about the reality people from other countries than mine can experience is also a thing that I particularly enjoy.

I also like music (old school hiphop is my dope and I also love jazz but I can appreciate many kinds of music), cinema and cycling (and especially when cycling goes with travelling!:))

And quite obviously too, I like to meet new people!

I hope that we will have a chance to meet and to share about those thing and many other!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm currently travelling for almost four months...
I've been crossing Central Europe and the Balkans by bicycle with a couple of friends and I decided to end my trip in Lebanon to discover its rich culture, to meet with its famously friendly inhabitants and to (try to) learn a bit of Arabic... and I think that couchsurfing could be a great way to archive those goals!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Anything! I wouldn't dare to say that I cook well (especially in a country like Lebanon where the food is sooooo good) but I can say that I like to cook and if it is the case for you too, I would be happy to cook together!
And apart from cooking, I'm open with any opportunity to share something!
