Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I had a house where I could host, and hosts were verified by hosting well. Paying CS to offer free accommodation to other travellers? Are you mad? I will NEVER.

CS used to be great to meet new friends in their natural habitat or welcome them in ours. Then, it turned into a giant dating/commercial site. Things change.
