Why I’m on Couchsurfing

CS makes one travel different. Having contact with reliable persons, helped me a lot during my travel in Benin, Africa. It's a place, where tourism is not very developed yet. And it's not always simple, when you arrive at a place where everything is different. Having a contact person, gives one some safety. It was really a great time.

Interests

I'm a bit an outdoor freak, who likes all kind of adventure sports. Most recently, I discovered the joy of travelling by bicycle! In the category of sport, I have also been practicing Judo for a long time (over ten years) and love to play chess, if we can call it a sport ;-).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sailing to Antarctica and coming back (!) on a small 10m yacht.
