ABOUT ME

I'm a friendly and outgoing person who loves meeting new people and exploring different places. I've always been passionate about traveling and have spent the past year living and working in Australia. I really enjoy the sense of belonging that comes with making friends all over the world and creating new homes outside of your own country.

PHILOSOPHY

I don't really have a life philosophy per se. I think it's important to stay positive and try to appreciate day-to-day moments.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At this point I'm still very new to the couch surfing community but I have enjoyed my experience so far and hope to connect with more people as I travel. I can't wait to meet new hosts and swap travel/life stories!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've just started couch surfing and so far it's been great. I much prefer staying with a local than living in a hostel because I feel like you learn so much more about a place through someone who knows the area.

Interests

Food! No joke. I love trying out new cuisines and sharing a meal with friends. I also love yoga, reading, watching movies, and spending hours relaxing on a beach.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm really not picky when it comes to music/movies/books. I love so many different styles of music and what I choose to listen to depends on what mood I'm in that day. I studied film in university so I can appreciate a wide range of genres and my list of favourites goes on for days. In terms of books, I'm a huge fan of Harry Potter as well as novels written by Margaret Atwood, Tana French, and Donna Tartt.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cliff jumping in Jamaica! One of the most exhilarating things I've ever done.
Watching the sunset at Uluru was also amazing. What a spectacular view.
