Teaching yoga and working with kids in Southeast Alaska...planning a trip to Southeast Asia from late Jan. on :)

ABOUT ME

I teach yoga and work in my town's Recreation Center in Southeast Alaska during the summer season and travel the rest of the time. Currently doing an ongoing 500 hr yoga teacher training at Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in India.

PHILOSOPHY

Live mindfully in the present moment while keeping an eye on the future for planning purposes ;)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Only surfing so far since I don't own a couch - or have a space to keep it in :) I can definitely find a place for CSers visiting Skagway to stay though.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My several CS experiences have MADE my city visits. I have met so many cool people in the process.
