ABOUT ME

I am a 25-year-old girl from Hong Kong. I am an optimistic, easy-going cheerful and friendly person. People who know me always say I love smiling and I am a nice person. I may be a little bit quiet and shy at first, but after I warm up, I can be very hyper! I love meeting new people and actually get to know them more, I am open to different cultures and customs! If you want to know more about Chinese culture, I am more than welcome to tell you more!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was surfed by two very nice host in Boston and DC. These are very joyful and memorable experiences. My Boston host Tony who is a super friendly and funny person, he let us use everything in his house and even drove us from the suburb Boston back to the city center in the last day! My DC host is also very nice, he just left the key to us and let us stay in his place without any restrictions. We talked a lot and it s really great to get to know the local people when I was travelling!!

Recently, I am in love with travelling, before I went on exchange to Toronto early this year, I didnt really have much opportunity to travel around because I didnt have the time and money to do so. But after I went to Toronto, I met some friends, we got to travel around different places like Montreal, Quebec ,LA, New York ,Boston, etc on our own. We had limited budget but we still had so much fun, even getting lost and asking people for direction is fun! After the Canada and US trip, I went to Taiwan and Bangkok, me and my friend planned everything from booking of plane tickets to booking of hostel and planning of the itinerary! Everything is full of fun and i absolutely love it!

Also, I love watching movies, trying out new restaurants, hiking, etc!

I listen to all kinds of music except hard rock and roll (I dont really into loud and heavy medal, it just hurts my ear), My recent favorite genre is electric pop and K pop, I recently like Big Bang, Zedd, Inna, etc. I love watching movies too, my favorite movies are gone with the wind, il mare, Amelie, Before Sunset, etc. My favourite author is Nicholas Sparks! I always cried after reading his books!

I have been to Montreal, Quebec, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and San Francisco, Japan and Macau, Taiwan and Bangkok.
Also I saw the Grand Canyon riding in a helicopter; it was a truly amazimg and remarkable experience to see this natural wonder!
