ABOUT ME
I'm still working on it... Trying to figure it out. However, there`s some points that I've already set:
I'm 26 years old guy.
I have a favorite word, and it makes so much sense in my life and personality: PARADOX. I almost made a tattoo of it once (thank God, I didn't make it)
I don't really like having pets, but I had one. It doesn't mean I mistreat them.
There's 2 things that has no chance for me to eat: liver and onion. Pleeease don't try it. Funny is that I always want to try the most different kind of food whenever I can, but if you tell me that there's pieces of onion on it, I'll probably eat, but no pleasure at all.
My favorite food is from Peru, it's called Aji de Gallina (Picante de Galinha in portuguese)
I don't do drugs.
Brave enough to rappel down in a watterfall, but not enough to get a shot/jab without holding someones hand - Or being held down by somebody.
I am Trypo and Trypanophobic. Sadly.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Beside the obvious things that fill many CS's profiles, I'm interested in getting knowledge. For me, this word describes what can make the difference in the world. When you get others knowledge - I mean, not intellectual knowledge only, but life knowledge - you develop a sympathy for them as human beings. It happens (consequently) when you travel a lot.
Interests
Everything that may increase in knowledge, culture, and also character. I really love reading. To find somebody that likes it as much as I do, is always fantastic. Turism in nature (watterfalls, trails and hiking) is my favorite kind of trip. Nature is amazing. Photography is my oxigen, so when the trip, people or friends, can mix it (photo and nature), I feel absolutelly complete.
When I travel, I like to feel more like a nomade than a tourist. I wanna go and see the places that local people like to go and see too... If I went to France, for exemple, I'd go to Eiffel tower, for sure. But thats not the kinda place I'd go at first sight.
Gosto de tudo que possa me acrescentar em algo, ler é uma paixão e encontrar alguém pra compartilhar esse gosto sempre é fantástico. Eco-turismo é minha praia, tudo que envolve a natureza me fascina. Fotografia é meu o2, quando mistura as duas coisas me completo.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Rock, Folk and some pop, like: Foo Fighters, Pearl Jam, Biffy Clyro and Evanescence, Mumford & Sons, Floorence + The Machine, Panic! at the Disco, P!nk... but, this are only a few of what I like. You may find Katy Perry in some of my playlists..
Books: The book Thief (Markus Zusak), The Hunger Games (Suzanne Collins), Maze Runner (James Dashner), The Little Prince (Antoine de Saint-Exupéry), How to Train Your Dragon (Cressida Cowell), A Series of Unfortunate Events (Daniel Handler), The Chronicles of Narnia (C.S. Lewis), The Bible (God)
Movies: Too many to list. Let's talk about it personally.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was 17, I traveled alone with only a backpack and a tent. I got a bus with an unknow destination. Getting there, I camped to explore some caves of the region. This was the first time I've rappelled in a 70m watterfall. I met many people, including a family that gave me a ride back home.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm always up to talk if u are too. I can teach, actually, give u the firsts steps to portuguese. I learn quickly, unless we are talking about math.
I like to share experiences. If i send u a couch request, trust me: You got me somehow! Let me try to do the same, perhaps we both get more surprised!
