Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing to meet people from different areas of the world. I'm very interested in learning about other cultures, customs, and broadening my worldview. When traveling, I think it is a much more rich experience to meet locals rather than focusing on the touristy areas.

Interests

Music is probably my biggest love. I play the guitar -- not as much as I used to but trying to get back into it more. I enjoy genealogy, hiking, and visiting beautiful places. I'm lucky to live only 2 hours from Sedona which is one of my favorite places!

Music, Movies, and Books

The Beatles!!! Love lots of other music including Neil Young, James Hunter, David Bowie, Ryan Adams, Indigo Girls, Shelby Lynne, Lucinda Williams, and many many others. Favorite movies include The Big Chill, Harold and Maude, The Graduate, and Dancing With Wolves.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably the most amazing thing I have done is a 2 month backpacking trip through Europe in my 20s.
