Mermaid Gypsy. I like to breathe deep, travel light, live light and spread the light. I love the sacred dance of Yoga. I love to dance period. Right now my obsession is West African Dance. I love music, nature, organic local food. I live Art. love to paint and sculpt and make jewelry and wear jewelry. making and wearing costumes, i love to swim in the ocean, rivers, waterfalls, cenotes you name it. and walk on beaches, up mountains. I like healing with plants and the elements. I love massages and going to the spa! Love to make new friends, talk good stories and share the good vibes.

I always spread the good word of CS. I host and surf when i can. i love the philosophy of giving and receiving, sharing and learning. The Exchange. Its an especially good platform for a new traveler to meet locals, even for the experienced travelers who are adventuring a new place!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Watching the Sun set red into the smokey mountains. and the Moon rise gold off the deep blue ocean. and then laughing and dancing the night away in Spanish, with my sweet little sister. a night to behold. Mexico

Biking miles out of town along the canyons, rivers, and waterfalls, eating fresh fruit and picking exotic flowers. crawling along side and up and behind a powerful god of a cascade. ending up behind the waterfall. standing there, feeling all the rush and fullness. and the delicate air spirits all around me. such a communion with the elements. standing deep in prayer meditation and solitude, and still connected. Walking to meet a friend who is teaching a dance class and we find out we walked to the wrong school. So we decide to watch the sunset and grab a cool beverage somewhere. He takes me along these backstreets and through neighborhoods, I buy some sugar coated peanuts. We hear the sound of a drum circle, we check it out and its our friends performing for a woman's party. Its a DunDUnBa on a Friday sunset. He gets on the Djemba and plays so magically. We smile at eachother in love. Then I ask him not to smoke ciggarettes and instead he smokes some local pot... I get some tea and attempt to speak the native language. We walk home in the dark hand in hand. Love. Guinea, Africa.
