Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

It's an amazing way to meet new people from different walks of life who all have the same worldly curiosity. Done a lot of surfing but I've never been able to host due to weird living situations... as soon as I can, I'm going to host like crazy and every night will be a pizza party. In the meantime, I'd love to meet up and have a good time with anyone traveling through.

I'm a "yes" person, there isn't much I don't enjoy doing. Anything outside is a shoe-in. Camping, skiing, hiking, walking, mountains, bicycling, kayaking, yoga, campfires... and then the things that sometimes happen inside like art, music, food, movies, history, wine, beer, coffee.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Music generalist, and nothing beats live music. I like to pretend I know how to salsa, bachata, merengue, cumbia, swing, waltz, and sometimes twerk.

I've been really into Ed Abbey, Krakauer, and recently listened to A Short History of Nearly Everything, which was a nice mind stretch.

I have a tendency to flounder when people make movie references. Not my forte, but I'm working on it.

My job has equipped me with a profound knowledge of the night sky, which is so much fun to share. I can give travel advice, especially in the southern Utah realm.

Language is a wonderful tool that humans have which enables us to constantly be sharing experiences. I love having conversations-- sharing stories, ideas, opinions. I'm a lifelong learner; I'll soak up your knowledge like a sponge and you have the option of wringing out some of what I've retained in life thus far.
