ABOUT ME

I'm a young energetic woman looking to discover the things which are not as apparent without a little exploration. I'm currently placed in southeast Asia for the moment and look to explore more places in the future.

PHILOSOPHY

I have always had a "go where the wind takes me" kind of mentality. If it feels right I'll go with it. Sure there may be some bumps in the road but usually I just like the earth do it's thing. Don't get me wrong I don't hold back from my dreams but sometimes you really just need to "go with it" so to speak.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently I'm living someplace which doesn't have enough room for visitors.:( I'm looking to get a bigger place in the future and host some cool people and hopefully when I continue to travel I will have some great hosts!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I have not used couchsurfing much. I'm looking to get more involved in the future. I have friends who have gotten involved and had really great experiences and I hope to do the same.

Interests

Travel obviously, cooking, yoga, strength training, green smoothies, waterfalls, hiking, old school human interaction, reading, making people smile, exploring.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: anything that can hold my interest which is hard because I'm here there and everywhere all at once. I was really into the Girl with the Dragon Tatto trilogy when they came out. Since then I have read up a lot on nutrition, Pollan's outlook on food is very interesting to me.

Music: ugh yes I know the always safe answer of everything, but really I like a lot of stuff! I really enjoy being introduced to new music by new people!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I would say coming to South East Asian but many people have done that. So more on point, rerouting my entire life. Changing how I live and the people I surround myself with. Taking myself out of my comfort zone and into something completely different. Really, for me it's not the things I have done, it's the goals with I have placed in front which I would like to achieve that are important to me. As long as I have ambition and something bigger and better to strive for I think I'm doing something right!

Teach, Learn, Share

Anyone coming to travel in south east Asia I can at least give them a little insight on the do's and don't of Thailand. Hopefully give you a few Thai words which will help you communicate with everyone. I look to share good experiences with fun people!
