ABOUT ME

We're a couple who are taking this year to travel. We are flying into thailand on Oct. 30th and hope to also visit some neighboring countries and also India. We are both training to be bee farmers with my grandpa in the spring when we return, and will also be doing some organic vegetable farming. Luc is a bicycle mechanic by trade and I just completed my honours psychology degree. We love food. We love coffee. And we absolutely love to learn. Luc has a great mustache and I have very large glasses. On a less superficial note, we are incredibly optimistic and quite relaxed. We also appreciate good people. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ginger couchsurfed through the east coast of Canada and had an amazing experience! Meeting people and getting to see cities and experience them with a local is the best way to travel hands down. When she returned home we hosted a few people and had a wonderful time showing them around our beautiful city, and taking them to half priced sushi, second hand stores, and a on a tour of the local dive bars that we love. We are hoping to surf on our current trip (Asia, India) and are very excited to host when we return home to Winnipeg (the heart of Canada).

Interests

We are hugely interested in food and food politics. Farming. We are passionate about the environment. We love bees, honey, beeswax. Life. Reading. Movies, Culture. Bikes. Ginger likes dresses and floral, Luc is more into flannel.
