I enjoy talking about books and ideas, although I find biographies frustrating in that they attempt to condense something as complex as a life into simple motivations and desires. I love going on long walks and exploring new places beyond what would appear on a map for tourists. I'm currently doing a clinical rotation in home care, and I really enjoy getting to see how people live and create their home environments.

I like books and movies that allow for interpretation, that require work from the reader or viewer. I like art that makes me a bit uncomfortable, and I would prefer a short story that ends more like smoke than like a blazing fire.
