I am an art professor, paragliding pilot, musician, and Burning Man participant. I am currently working on an art education campaign designed to bring affordable and easy to follow demonstrations for drawing the human form:

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted lots of interesting people but have yet to stay on a couch! Looking to do so in the near future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Once I was riding a motorcycle across Greece, and it broke down 15km away from any village. I pushed it over hills and finally found a small fishing village. I explained what had happened to one of the men and the whole town took me in. They made me a huge dinner, everyone gathered and we ate, drank and discussed American politics, social changes and just mostly laughed a lot. They put a cot and oil lamps in a house that had just been built so I could sleep. In the morning the men brought tools and fixed my bike, while the women packed a bunch of homemade food for me. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had and will always remember their kindness. I feel this gave me an insight to the people of this country like no other experience could have.

Centres d'intérêt

I have a wide variety of interests. I am a teacher of art anatomy, life drawing and portrait painting. I am in a band called The Hardways, love snowboarding and paragliding, have a great husband and three dogs who love adventure. I am easy going and zany, up for most anything. I love being alive and being a part of this world. Travel, art, music, space, bugs, crazy physical, mental and spiritual challenges, science, philosophy, social change, UFO's, robots, comedy and being alive!

I can teach drawing, painting, vegetarian cooking, how to change yer oil and how to spit real far. If you have a guitar we could pick a song or two as well.
