About Me
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I suppose it mostly appeals to my hate of waste; why pay for a hotel, when we've got a perfectly good spare room sitting empty most of the time.
I also don't like spending money, but I have always preferred staying in small little b&bs than big hotels anyway, so I guess couchsurfing is more personal than that.
I find people interesting, especially people I'd probably never usually meet.
Interests
Roller derby, camping, partying, wild swimming, travelling, larp, board games, paddle boarding, dodgeball, the sea, gardening, food and fun.
I'm not really very cultured; I'm not into art, literature or history too much. We don't really watch TV either.
I like exploring and the outdoors (less so when it's cold and raining in England). I find people, nature and science most interesting. Anything fun and active and I'm happy really :)

Music, Movies, and Books
We like all sorts of music from electronic dance to county, metal to hip hop, reggae to pop.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
We've just bought our first house, which feels pretty amazing at the moment.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm not sure what we could teach you, maybe how to roller skate?
We're happy to try and learn anything someone is willing to teach.
We can share our house with you. My cooking's not terrible and Matt makes a good cup of tea.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A bed, a cup of tea, possibly a night out if I'm not training the next day ;)
Countries I’ve Visited
Australia, Chile, China, Denmark, France, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Peru, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey
