Hi there! I’m Gino. With my heritage spread between Europe and the Americas, I often joke that I’m a living Long Island Iced Tea, which happens to be one of my favorite drinks, along with Aperol Spritz.
I grew up surrounded by nonprofit professionals who shared with me their passion for people, cultures, and the world. This has taken me to live in 6 countries and visit 50+ others. Today, I continue their legacy by working in marketing communication for international medical nonprofits.
I enjoy life’s simple pleasures like hanging out with friends, cycling, having drinks in the park, watching movies, or playing video games. Yet, I also love adventure and exploring the unknown, so you’ll often find me meeting new people, attending festivals, or traveling the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After living here and there, I’m settling down, and the Netherlands is my new home. I’d love to connect with locals and make friends with people who share similar lifestyles and mindsets. Ik kan ook Nederlands! I love traveling actively, so a travel buddy is also welcome.
