COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm a newbie but my current situation living away from home for an extended period of time has given me the opportunity to branch out and finally try this. My sister who is a traveler recommended it for me so I'm hoping to have some rewarding experiences.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Played basketball with other Filipino's in Cebu. Put some money down on the games and ran some full court games. We then had some food, shared stories, had some drinks, and discussed plans for our next boat rental and island hopping with drinks and food.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My studio apartment has been designed to welcome guests. I really do enjoy the company of others and perhaps living alone has been a big reason for that so that I can welcome other people to talk to about my day and hear their stories as well. The best compliment I always hear from my friends is how comfortable they feel in my "home". I feel rewarded treating people well at my crib and I enjoy seeing them relax in my place as if it's their own.
I also can share the knowledge I've gained from my travel experiences when it comes to scuba diving, negotiating prices on water sport activities or room rentals or taxi fares, and of course share stories of different thrills from traveling and life experiences.
