Interests
I'm basically out to have Fun. I've called myself the Ambassador of Fun on countless occasions and the majority of my endeavours are aimed towards a Fun outcome. Don't allow the wording of the previous sentence fool you by it's nerdiness.
I left Australia at the end of October 2011 and have been on the road ever since. I've taken the obligatory Spanish lessons in La Antigua, Guatemala. I've laid on the pristine white beaches of the Yucatan, Mexico. I've spent 6 months SCUBA diving on the island mecca of Utila, Honduras. Basically, out there trying to see all of what this world of ours has in store for us

Music, Movies, and Books
I like movies, I listen to a range of music, I read books
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Breaking/making the Chicken Bus World Record. My mate Marty and I crammed 221 people into a Chicken bus in Jocotenango, Guatemala. We made a festival out of the day and had national sponsorship and support from locals, ex-pats, travellers and more. We also raised money for a local children's charity and the community had a fantastic, fun day mixing with neighbours and visitors from all around the world.
Again, in Guatemala I had the opportunity to compete in a professional rodeo. We arrived as spectators and after some coaxing and negotiation, I left as a bull rider. I have the hat and the tattoo to prove it, not to mention the YouTube video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mcvYea25xLg
Scuba diving is a pretty awesome hobby/pastime/job/sport and I'm lucky enough to be a professional in the field. Diving "Calavera", AKA "Temple of Doom" Cenote near Tulum on the Mexican Yucatan was possibly the best dive I've ever done. The mixture of visibility, water temperature and the type of diving really made for an awesome experience
