Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To travel the world and make friends from all cultures!
ABOUT ME
You could say that I'm a free spirit who is constantly trying to achieve a reasonable balance between idealism and reality. The bottom line is that I'm all about traveling and meeting new and interesting people when ever I'm not teaching Bilingual 4th grade or coaching High School Soccer.
PHILOSOPHY
Not much of a philosopher but one thing I know for sure is that, "To live is to Choose." You can sit back and wait for destiny to manifest itself or you can make it happen by choosing your own path!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have already made a small donation to keep the community growing. I love the concept of global citizenship. Now, I want to share my knowledge and learn from many more knowledgable people to make our planet a better place!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've just recently learned about your site, but even before the internet was so popular my extended family in countries like Guatemala and Honduras were always willing to give up their on beds so that my family and I had a place to rest when we went to visit. Even just friends of friends were willing to do the same for us. I would dare to say that for people from Latin America it has been a way of life. Part of our culture!
Interests
I love outdoor activities like team sports (soccer is my favorite), riding bikes, hiking, white water rafting, swimming, camping, and the list goes on! I also love dancing latin music, hip hop and some trance. Although I don't consider myself an artist, I'm a true admirer of all art forms. I definitely enjoy trips to the museum! Last, but not least, I'm into sustainability, preservation and alternative fuels.

Music, Movies, and Books
So many movie titles to choose from! Can't live without music. Pretty much any music, as long as I can get my daily dose. When it comes to books, lately I've been reading a lot of realistic fiction thrillers like "The Davinci Code" and "Angels & Demons."
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Every single day of our lives is amazing. Come on, tell me what is more amazing than life itself!
Teach, Learn, Share
I would be interested in sharing my knowledge and fluency of Spanish, Portuguese and English language with other members. Anyone who is interested in learning or to practice their skills in those two languages while you are kind enough to let me surf in your couch, just let me know!
