Hola ! My name is Giorgia, I'm an italian girl of 22 years old, I live in Reggio Emilia (the city of Parmigiano Reggiano) near Bologna. I have just graduated at the University of Bologna in Italian Literature, during my studies I spent 6 months in Spain (Jaen). I still live with my parents, my sister, my 2 dogs and a cat (...tiger I think). My family is a very important part of my life, they created me and I'm like this thank to their unconditional love and their teaching.

Well, I think I'm a very happy and sunshine girl, I'm solar, enthusiastic, energetic, opened. I love to talk with people, to hear the venting and the problems and help in resolving that things. I'm good at hearing others but sometimes I'm not so good at hearing myself. I like staying alone thinking, reading, listening to music, drawing or also doing nothing. I'm humble, sometimes very shy and other times I'm a volcano, sometimes I don't believe in myself, but when a person gives me his confidence, I can overcome every obstacle.
I'm very creative and imaginative, I love drawing, creating objects, painting, making laboratories.. for these reasons I'm working in a summer camp (this is the 5th year) with children from 3 to 12 years old and in a winter-centre for children, in which we organize laboratories, motor-ludico activities and activities that improve the comprehension of the emotional state.
I've just graduated at the University, I studied italian literature and my dream is becoming an italian teacher for foreign students (children).
I'm teaching italian in an association (volunteering) that helps immigrants, especially it addresses his attention to the condition of the women and their status of mothers.
In the last 3 years I worked also like waitress in two restaurant, in the last one they gave me more responsabilities, I was barman, forman and I had to organize a lot of works inside the restaurant.

I love trying new sports, my favourite are swimming and making yoga, but also beach volley, trekking, climbing, dancing. I can't run, I hate running! But I'm very opened to all others sports that can test my strenght.
Like I said before, I love staying with children because in these moments I can express totally myself, I love the moment when i tell them a story and they fly with their imagination and they lose their mind. I love to give hugs and receive colored drawings. In the association where I work we are giving some important aims, like the fact that we want to approach the child to the nature and to his inside-world, we don't accept how the world is changing a fundamental right of the children, that is the childhood. I want to work about this thing and I'd like to share my thoughts with someone, and, if I find the good place, improve my experience in this area.

I'm italian, yes, so inside my there is a magical and misterious link with the kitchen ;) I love eating but maybe I prefer cooking! I follow a healthy life style, I'm vegetarian, I try to eat seasonal and territorial products, me and my family have a garden and a lot of fruit plants. I love trying food from all over the cultures, my favorite food is cous cous, hummus, parmigiana di melanzane, pizza (sure!), greek kitchen....

I know spanish very weel, thank to my Erasmus experience I have a C1 in spanish and I can try to teach it (base level).

Interests

well, like i wrote before i love doing sports, but sports without competition, I prefer share the experience more than win or lose. for that reason i love climbing, swimming, trekking, making yoga.. the important thing is to live the moment and no get a price.
i love cooking, prepare my own meal such as yogurt, bread, jars, snacks etc
i love listen to music and dance, oh yes i really love to dance :)
i love listen to people talking, sharing memories or aknowledgments and learn things from that
i love the sea, but also the mountain
i love the family-atmosphere, i need to know that there are people in which i can trust near me
