Hello everyone!

I’m Giorgio, an Italian traveler passionate about anthropology, Central Asia, and geopolitics. While trying to turn my passion into a profession, I usually work as a waiter, bartender, or teacher.

I’m here because I love the Couchsurfing community, and right now, I’m looking for a place to stay while I search for a job for the next few months. This summer, I plan to reach Mongolia and then make my way back to Italy by walking or hitchhiking.

I have plenty of road trip adventures to share, and I love to truly experience a place before settling into a job. I believe every city has its own unique energy and stories to offer. So, I’d love to meet people who can introduce me to their city, their friends, and their way of seeing the world.

I’m just looking for a couch for a few days, but most of all, I’m looking for good people, meaningful conversations, and a warm, friendly environment where I can feel at home.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled through several countries in my life, usually backpacking. I'm willing to share my experiences: during the last one i raised some money in new york with my girlfriend and we reached Ushuaia, tierra del fuego argentina crossing almost all the south american continent. During the last 2 years I’ve crossed 2 different paths on the Silk Road by walking or hitchhiking, and I’m now supposed to do it again!!!
