ABOUT ME

There are three kinds of people in this world. Those who are alive. Those who are dead. And then, there are the voyagers. Belonging on the last kind - or at least that's what i guess - i have the inner need of exploring, discovering, tasting, experiencing the paths that lead to freedom and beauty, always inspired by the struggle of the oppressed against the oppressors in every corner of this world.
Keep in mind that a voyage does not necessarily invole space, but time, thoughts, melodies, senses and sentiments as well. No need to mention beer.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

Since the point is not to be a tourist, but a traveler, meeting local people is pretty helpful in order to understand the culture of the places you visit and the original way of life there, away from touristic sites. Besides, meeting new people is something i really like! So many perspectives, experiences and much fun. I can say i am social and a bit funny, or at least not so boring! And hungry. Mostly hungry!

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

There are two kinds of music, good music and bad music. I think i am listening to the good one - I 'll leave it as a point for discussion!

Milan Kundera (with The unbearable lightness of being) and Paco Ignacio Taibo II (with Just Passing Through) worth some attention. But people, read Cavafy!

I also enjoy watching movies, but i guess i have a long way to go! Some of my favorites are Leviathan, Land and Freedom, The Weeping Meadow, A taste of chery, A separation. Suggestions are always welcome!
