Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is an amazing and affordable way to travel and meet locals. Being an "Au Poor" unfortunately I can't afford the verification and I also can't accept guests because I live in a house that is not mine. I have been in the US for over an year and this has been my first experience abroad. Baby steps in my goal to discover the world. Thanks in advance.
