One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A Silent meditation's course in the Ashram of Art of Living in Canada with people from around the world! It's incredible how you can connect to people without any words, breaking all barriers! It's was an amazing experience!

Um curso de meditação em silêncio da Fundação Internacional Arte de Viver no Canadá com pessoas de todo o mundo! É incrível como podemos nos conectar com as pessoas sem utilizar nenhuma palavra, quebrando todas as barreiras! Foi uma experiência maravilhosa!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my stories, my hope about a better world, a vision of live without stress and violence, also I can teach breath techniques and meditation :) And of course, portuguese and brazilian food! :)
