About Me
** Disclaimer **
I'm not so good at filling "about me", I prefer to let other people know me by meeting and sharing a drink or meal.
** End Disclaimer **
I am a guy from Sardinia, and I'm living in Pisa since 2007. I work in a software house as a developer. More information below (I told you I was not so good)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The idea on which Cs is based is great: meeting local people when you go abroad is the best thing you can do to live 100% of place where you are going. For this reason I'd love to meet local people on my next trips, and I'll be glad to show some beauties of Pisa when some of you come here.
Interests
Music (listening and playing, I try to play drums and I want to learn harmonica)
Technology (I oscillate between being an addicted and trying to detox)
Eat and drink good things (I love to learn to cook new things too)
Laugh (and make other people laugh)
Music, Movies, and Books
Music: is my main passion. I try to listen to everything, I love rock'n'roll, especially when it's mixed with blues, soul or punk. I like even some industrial rock and (a little bit of) jazz and classical music.
Some favourites, in absolute random order: Led Zeppelin, Ramones, Velvet Underground, Nirvana, Britpop (everything), White Stripes, Black Keys.
Movies: I am not a huge fan, because I cannot concentrate for such a long time without doing anything else...same is for TV series. But I love movies with a lot of quotes which I can borrow to use them in real life.
Some favourites movies: absolutely Q. Tarantino movies and some wonderful cult movies like Trainspotting and The Commitments.
Some favourites TV series: very few I watched in my life. I think I saw first season of 24 in real time (24h), and I saw 5 seasons of Breaking Bad in a couple of months (that's remarkable for me). Special mention to IT Crowd, a brilliant english TV Show about nerds...I found a lot of connections with my work and laughed a lot with that.
Books: same thing here. I fall in love with great lines, but I love histories with a good rhythm too.
Some favourites: Bukowski, Irvine Welsh, Nick Hornby
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I do an amazing thing every day when, still half asleep, I turn off alarm and go out of my bed. No ok, just kidding...no idea of what I should write here :)
