Overview
About Me
Born and raised in Italy 🇮🇹. Shamefully M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. Trying to make up for my rational choice with a lot of irrational traveling.
Currently PM, recently salesman, former nerd, writer wannabe. I probably did it all wrong, but it feels like -overall- is going good.
I seek diversity, I crave connections, I hate small talks, I love talking about what really matters to us, regardless the subject: what I look for is spontaneity and meaningfulness. That's why I'd build a monument to whom who invented the Erasmus Programme, which on top of building a culture of much needed inclusiveness, forces travelers to get rid of frills and focus on what really counts: connections between people.
My plan is to visit a new place every weekend, or... every time my (rational) job allows me to take some (emotional) days off.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet interesting people who can spark a revolutionary, life-changing idea in my mind. TED talk intro - like.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: The Glitch Mob (more than mere music, rather a life philosophy), Röyksopp, Daft Punk. Sometimes I think I wouldn't cope with life without music.
Movies: Into the Wild, Memoirs of a Geisha, The Matrix, Ex Machina, She, Before Sunrise/Sunset/Midnight, Walk the Line, The Hurt Locker, A Good Year.
TV Series: Death Note, True Detective (Season 1 only!), Black Mirror, Love Death and Robots, Stranger Things (those 80s vibes!).
Books: The Alchemist, The Pillars of the Earth, The Orange Girl.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Visiting Iceland, on the road. Living the whole winter season in Sweden, just below the Arctic Circle. Driving 2000 miles (3200 km) in 3 days between California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach Italian, learn everything you care about (actually... that's the whole point of me being on Couchsurfing), share tons of thoughts about life and kilos of stories from around the world.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Kindness, stories, thoughts and a lot of interesting talks!
I can give you a taste of the real northern Italy "happy hours" vibes by preparing an Aperol Spritz (and I promise it'll be free of "tourist" charges).
I can share my world-renown housekeeping skills, do the dishes (cathartic activity) and make you feel home.
