Über mich
NOTE: I'm fully vaccinated and also I recovered from covid in August, so for a while I'm done with it.
Student on a gap year from Turin, always willing to explore. Right now I'm focusing on focus my next life-steps, half done.
I easily get enthusiastic for new things, the more are outer than ordinary the more I'm up to dive into.
I usually try to get deep into things. But I enjoy small talk with nice people.
People say I'm funny when I feel at ease.
Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin
Because for me a huge part of the journey consist in talking, sharing adventures, trying to acquire new points of view and meeting new cultures.
By now I haven't had the opportunity to host anyone, but I believe that hosting is a little bit like travelling without moving.
So I'm here because I find it a great exchanging experience.
Interessen
I'm super curios in everything involving literature and philosophy, and nothing makes me happier than a good conversation.
I write short stories.
Whenever I have time I plan a travel, usually bringing the tent and a friend and we end up wild camping.
I got a strange fascination for abandoned places, since it's there that my passion for photography began. I still enjoy walking through them.
Of course I love hanging out, as well as living the places I am in, be it hometown or elsewhere. That's why I'm learning to do things slowly, to give them the right attention.

Musik, Filme und Bücher
I listen to a lot of music, almost every genre. I waste hours trying to create the perfect playlist for every mood.
But here are some evergreen favourites:
"Pink Floyd", "Dire Straits", "Le Tigre".
"Tom Waits", "Fabrizio De André", "Nina Simone".
"Le Femme", "Air", "Polo and Pan".
"Goran Bregovic", "Les Negresses Vertes", "Calexico".
I'm obsessed with downtempo techno.
And I'm trying to get more into classical music.
Movies: "In the mood for love", "He died with a Falafel in His Hand", "Once upon a time in America". But I'm quite a cinephile so it's very difficult to chose some.
BOOKS: Used to read sci-fi books ("Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" to name the weirdest) , now I'm trying to get more and more into the great classics, destroying some, loving others (as Marquez).
But let's talk this live.
Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe
Sneaked into a five-star hotel to have a pool swim, during a wild month road trip in South Italy with a friend.
Swam in North Norway sea
Lehren, lernen, teilen
I'm always willing to learn new things, so I really accept everything you can give to me. Cooking recipes are a good point.
I can teach philosophy, history, photography and of course italian.
Was ich mit Gastgebern teilen kann
I can offer my hands to cook something italian if you like and to help in the house. I can also give you a good conversation (or hope so) and I can share my curiosity and my will of knowing.
And if you're coming in Turin, I can host and make you know the city and its secrets.
