About Me

I’m an easy-going, friendly, and curious person and always keen to help, to learn new things and meet new people. I’ve studied drama and philosophy and perhaps someday I’ll study cinema. I like to think that our preferences or desires may change over time so I’m open to the idea that lot of experiences (such as a journey and the people you meet along the way) can change your mind or what you think you want.
I love the constant rhythm of a big city as much as I enjoy the quietness of a natural and isolated landscape. I enjoy going out for a drink as much as I like staying at home cooking for my friends or watching movies. I love conversations almost of every topic, from small talks to history, politics or life itself. But mainly, I love stories, of any kind, so I’m eager to hear yours and tell you mines. I’m really bad at sports but I do love walks. I’m also vegetarian since I was 9 years old, I think it was about that time that I started cooking and I love to do it specially to share it with others (a vegetarian diet doesn’t necessarily have to be a hospital meal)
I’ll be travelling through Europe in the next few months (from September to April 2019)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that basically for the same reason that you all, to help each other and share our experiences while we’re travelling. Some friends who are here in CS told me that is such a cool experience and I should try it, so here I am, ready to start it!
For me, the best way of travelling and discovering new places is through the people who live in them. I really enjoy meeting new people, get to know their ways of seen life, what they think about different subjects and their customs. Besides, I’m not that interested in the typical touristic places, and one amazing thing of CS is that it gives us the chance to know a place from an inside view! I’ll be glad to show you around and I’ll be definitely grateful if you have the time to show me or tell me about your favourite places in your town (I guess it can be a landscape, a bar, a walk, a theatre, a museum, a park, anywhere)

Music, Movies, and Books

I’m a huge fan of cinema (and sometimes addicted to series)
I love reading so I guess books of any subject
I like all kind of music, but I often listen to jazz, rock from the 80’s and 90’s, tango fusion, some kind of techno, sometimes…

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I guess it’s on the list of stories we can share

Teach, Learn, Share

I think I can teach anything you may find useful in me… Spanish, some recipes, my culture... I’m very curious so I’ll be willing to learn whatever you can or want to teach me

What I Can Share with Hosts

I’d like to get to know them and share travel stories, hobbies, conversations, experiences, a coffee, a drink, a meal, a walk somewhere (if we both wanted and available) … and I think cooking is definitely something to share

Countries I’ve Visited

Bolivia, Brazil, France, Ireland, Netherlands, Scotland, Spain, United Kingdom, Uruguay

Countries I’ve Lived In
