About Me

I enjoy travelling around the world and learning about new people, cultures, foods, music, dance, languages and histroy. I also enjoy live music, arts and crafts, learning new things and ways of life, reading and having a fun time!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am travelling around the world with my twin sister to learn everything about everything we possibly can on a local scale. We love meeting locals and having a more localised and eco experiences in the countries we visit. Couchsurfing not only gives us a platform to learn about the cultures we are in and exchange our own cuture, but its also a great source of information to the local area, foods, places of interest and a great education for us.

Interests

Music and Live music is a must! Fun street parties and culture, along with socialising and good conversations. Working in NGO`s and volunteering my time to projects of all natures (from conservation to people). I want to learn about permaculture and eco friendly living. I enjoy reading, playing instruments, yoga, socialising and in general having a good time.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all genres of music from Jazz, blues, reggae, dub, ska, rock n roll to folk, indi, hip hop, grime to dance (from all decades).

I love to watch movies, especially comedies, adventures and chick flicks too.

I love to read books that empower, motivate and drive me and also books that teach me about the world, people, communities, cultures, meditation, spirituality and a bit of everything in between.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelled around the world living with the indigenous and local people of the lands!

Couchsurfed from Rio to Jamaica and all the way throughout Central America with my twin sister. These CS experiences allowed me to meet some of the most incredibly inspiring local hosts and helped me gain great local cultural experiences which will last a life time!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you about authentic Indian cooking and culture (British Asian culture too).

I love to share in conversations, music, life experiences, and explore the greater meaning for life peace and happiness.

I love to learn languages, how to play musical instruments, cooking, crafts, jewellery making, how to be a Digital Nomad/business, NGO's, Grassroots, local social development, yoga and more.

I am currently learning Latin American Spanish and would love some support with this as I am still at the very basics and would love to understand this beautiful language from its foundations.
