ABOUT ME

I'm half Indonesian, half Belgian (from the Flemish part of the country), but I lived a long time in Madrid, sometime in London and Manchester, Chiloé, an island in the south of Chile, and now, after wandering around the world for 12 years, I'm living back in my hometown Antwerp together with my husband, son Julian and my twin girls Romi and Angie.... And our dog Sally.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to enjoy every day as much as I can, and appreciate the little things in life that make me happy.

Sunrise at the crater of a volcano in Java. Non stop writing inspiration. Giving concerts to a great audience. Moving to the other side of the world. Giving birth to my beautiful son Julian and twin girls and seeing them grow up.

If you like music, I can sing you a tune. If you like warm bread straight from the oven, I can bake you some delicious almond bread. I can cook you an Indonesian meal and share some travel stories.
