About Me
Hi I'm Giulia, 34 years old from Italy (Bologna). I left my country more than 8 years ago and I'm travelling around the world to see what it has to offer. I worked for 7 years in Australia. Following the sun, there is no winter in my life. And no home. I'm new in town. Always, everywhere. Looking for friends, guides, everything! I love the water, sports, drink, concert, choppers, dive, whales, stars, books, photography, Byron Bay, cinemas, dogs, the nature, mexican food, italian food, thai food, vietnamese food, indonesian food, all the food.... and more. English is my second (third if we consider dialect as a language) language...so forgive me for all the grammar error! Ah, I'm friendly, easy going, fun, sensible, funny, animal lover, reliable, honest...etc, etc... :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Hello everyone 🌸
Beginning of August, I’m going to go to Sicily!!! ☀️
I hope to meet nice people along the way with whom I can share this experience and maybe get some help with accommodation.
It will be me, my tent and my excitement to move around the Island! I hope I can also climb a little (looking for good climbing buddies btw!) like in San Vito lo Capo and around Palermo, also I would love to go the Aeolian Islands 🌴 and so on.
No plans, totally spontaneous trip! Let me know if you are keen, it would be fantastic!!! 😊

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The transiberians train from Moscow to Beijing. I met awesome people during my way. It has been an incredible adventure. The Via Francigena (from Siena to Rome). First time on a walking trail, it opened my heart and raised my spirit up. Walking is a beautiful way to discover yourself, nature, and people. Then I walked 1000km by foot in Spain... the distance doesn’t mean much but the experiences inside those 1000k mean the world to me!
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to learn spanish.
