Overview
About Me
Italian born and bred, raised in the beautiful island of Sardinia. So, let's start! My name is Giulia, I'm 21 and atm I'm living and working in London. Do I like my job? No, I don't but Uni is expensive!
I lived in three countries (Italy, Germany and England) but I have to be honest, I'm a bit sick and tired with Europe but hey, that's just me.
I love cats, music, the 70s, reading, history, art and many other things!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on Couchsurfing because I wanted to visit the world and meet new people. Right now, I would only using Couchsurfing for exploring the world.
Interests
Cinema has always been my passion. I've always wanted to study Cinematography but instead of going to Uni, I went travelling.
Languages are a huge part of my life and right now I'm teaching myself Norwegian. I've been learning English since I was 3, Spanish since I was 5, French since I was 10 and German since I was 15. I've tried to study Danish and Swedish as well but then I had to make a choice and picked Norwegian instead.
Sport, how can I forget about sport? I love Running (was in a team), Swimming (was in a team), Hiking, Rugby and of course Football. I also love Basketball and Diving. I also played Football for a couple of years. Now I enjoy running and going to the gym.
Writing letters, huge passion and then collecting postcards.

Music, Movies, and Books
Some of my favourite artists are Pink Floyd, Glasvegas, Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Genesis, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Eric Clapton, Mark Knopfler, Oasis and The Vaccines.
I pretty much listen to every single type of music but please, no Albano&Romina unless I'm tipsy!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I ran 10 km with a sprained ankle! Worst experience ever because then I had to stop running for a long time.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you Italian, how to talk with your hand (very important think if you want to study Italian), eating spaghetti, teaching you how to swim (only if you teach me how to ride a bike!) and to make Italian food.
I want to learn Norwegian so maybe you could help me?
I could share my culture with you, alongside with my Oreos.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my story? I can tell you about my experience in Germany, England, tell you stories about Italy and so on. I'd probably ask you what your favourite film is and why and I'd probably tell you what mine is and we'd start talking about films, movies, books and everything that's on our minds.
