My name is Giulia,I'm 22 and at present I’m a second year student at the University of Venice, Italy.

I love learning about different cultures and languages, so much that I chose to major in Chinese.

I have used Couchsurfing to meet people from different countries and I was lucky to meet so many friendly and genuine people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's a great way to get to know people from all over the world who are interested in the same things as you: sharing experiences,cultures,dreams,learning new languages,having fun and enjoying life!

Interests

I love sports! Especially volleyball and tennis, and if you fancy we can hit sometimes ( if you are not able,never mind,I will teach you;). I think it's great fun!

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't like to stick to a genre,I like to explore and discover different kinds of music: from pop to rock,punk-rock,country.
In my mp3 you'll find Green Day,Elvis Presley,John Denver,Madonna,The Calling,but also some Italian singers.
That's the same for what concerns movies,it depends on my mood in certain periods. Action movies,westerns,romantic comedies and classics from the 60s...but above all musicals!Come on,what can cheer you up more than a musical lol

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volunteered in the World Rowing Cup,surrounded by athletes from all over the world(it was fabulous,like living in a miniature world).

Volunteered as a tour guide..sooo exciting!
