I'm Giulia, but my friends call me Botta! I'm lazy. I don't talk a lot xD I prefer listening. I'm quite shy at the beginning, but after a few I become more confident.. if you're the kind of person I like! I'm joking. I don't know what to say. Get to know me! :)

This is your life. Do what you love and do it OFTEN. If you don't like something, change it. If you don't like your job, quit. If you don't have enough time, stop watching tv. If you are looking for the love of your life, stop. They will be waiting for you when you start doing things you love. Stop over analyzing, all emotions are beautiful. Life is simple. When you eat, appreciate every last bite. Open your mind, arms and hearth to new things and people, we are united in our differences. Ask the next person you see what their passion is and share your inspiring dream with them. TRAVEL OFTEN; GETTING LOST WILL HELP YOU FIND YOURSELF. Some opportunities only come once, seize them. Life is about the people you meet, and the things you create with them. So go out and start creating. LIFE IS SHORT. Live your dream and share your passion.

Interests

I'm interested in a lot of things.. I LOVE writing, it's like breathing for me, I think it's the only thing I can do really well LOL I also like reading, drinking (especially beer, but I'm not an alcoholic!), going out, jogging (sometimes) TRAVELING, meeting people, reading books and studying foreign languages (infact I'm studying english, spanish and ARABIC, but I also want to learn danish and dutch!) I can play guitar, but I play electric bass in a band right now (bass is funnier). I used to love Glee, but it passed. I'm currently obsessed with PRETTY LITTLE LIARS! I've also loved Skins from the first time I watched it on Mtv! I think I wrote too much

Music, Movies, and Books

MOVIES: Old italian ones (now-a-days italian movies SUCK), american stupid comedies, everything by woody allen, everything with Meryl Streep or Johnny Depp in it. Special mention for Forrest Gump, La vita è bella, Non è mai troppo tardi, The devil wears Prada, PS I love you (it ALWAYS makes me cry for hours), The Millionaire, Sister Act (how good is Whoopy?) and Midnight in Paris (truly amazing). I HATE HORROR MOVIES. And look, I didn't say I don't like, I said I HATE THEM.

MUSIC: Again, old italian music (Mina, Battisti, Dalla, De Gregori, Guccini ecc ecc), english alternative rock (almost everything). Lots of Reggae music! Pink Floyd! PEARL JAM! I LOVE Eddie Vedder's voice! Oh, and I usually get obsessed with the latest stupid american dance-song (see Call me maybe, ahah) I also think Lady Gaga is the best dance music performer and CREATOR, after Madonna. Crazy woman.

BOOKS: Too many to be listed! Russian classics, English classics, OLD Italian classics. Latin and Greek eternal classics (Socrate and Seneca above all).. What else.. The little prince. The elegance of the hedgehog. Something by Oriana Fallaci (Penelope alla guerra, Lettera a un bambino mai nato, La rabbia e l'orgoglio) And also everything written by Baricco! - I love him! - When I want to laugh or just relax, any book by Luciana Littizzetto. Latest update: japanese modern literature!! Like Murakami Haruki It's all for now ;)

I went on Interrail this summer! Zuerich - Paris - Amsterdam - Prague - Munich. BEST TRIP EVER!
