Hello there,
I am Giulia, I was born and raised in Milan, Italy and I moved to the USA in 2014.
I met my husband during my year as an Au Pair in Michigan, we fell in love and decided to continue our life together in the States, at least for the moment, but we will plan to spend half of the year in my country and a half in the USA. We visit my family at least once a year.
We love outdoors life. We are learning how to be more respectful towards our planet, making more aware choices to decrease the waste we create.
We are simple people, wanting to live a simple life and learn as much as we can from people and places around us.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We will be traveling a lot from here to the future, and we love meeting new people and be part of a community of travelers. We prefer an experience like Couchsurfing rather than staying to hotels. We like learning from people and getting to know people of the place we are visiting.

When I was 21 years old I decided to leave my country and family behind, and to achieve my dreams in a foreign country, where not only I found happiness, but also love and much more.
