About Me

I'm a passionate designer from Italy. After studying my master's in the Netherlands, I moved to Berlin where I now share a cozy flat with my partner.
We both hosted and surfed couches, indipendently and together. Through our travels we met amazing people, I love to share travel stories and have a nice time with good music, good food, maybe some drinks, and good vibes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meeting people from different places, discovering cultures, enjoying sunsets, sunrises and breathtaking landscapes... What travel makes you truly discover is yourself.

Interests

I'm interested in arts, architecture and design. I enjoy photography as well, I'm currently rediscovering old-school photography and experimenting with analog. I love saving memories of the wonderful places I discover with my trips. I love good (vegetarian) food and I like to try new stuff in every country I visit. Having this deep love, I made myself a pretty decent cook :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Dystopian novels, thriller / crime and fantasy books are between my favorite genres, but I've read too many to specify one favorite.
I like listening to rock'n'roll, ska, raggae, soul, jazz, funk, some indie rock and electronic music too.
I am a movie lover, I like a cmplex plot or a deep emotional development, but the quality of the picture is what really counts. Some directors I love: Wes Anderson, Sofia Coppola, Julie Taymor, Quentin Tarantino, Martin Scorsese, Christopher Nolan, Ferzan Özpetek, Bong Joon Hoo, David Lynch.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One month hitchhiking across the Balkans, from Slovenia to Turkey. 8 countries, lots wonderful places and amazing people.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share a lot of knowledge in arts, crafts and design techniques.
Together with my partner and four other amazing friends, the HabibiShip crew, we teach through workshops how to juggle as well as making your own juggling toys from upcycled / sustainable materials. I can teach how to spin LED pois in the dark, to make a stunning light show and have a lot of fun with it :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share a good conversation and some good (vegetarian) homemade food, as well as a comfy spot on our couch.
