About Me

ABOUT ME
I am a curious dreamer who loves to be in strange situations and into chaos. I am originally from Verona (IT), but I am currently studying/working in Rotterdam (NL).
As a person, I love to stay outside my comfort zone. I'm pretty zen and quiet and I'm easily moved by small beautiful things that happened around me (at least most of the time, but I am not perfect and sometimes I have a bad day too, even if rarely). I use to leave following the flow of events, I did not have a clear plan for my life. Every step I take is the results of a series of random steps. But I have some small habits that are always the same: I use to drink Jasmin Thee if I am stressed, I use to pass hours to watch the incense burning, I love to take bath, go to do grocery in my local market, say yes to every random project or event, go inside every open door until someone decides to stop me, I use to do yoga and sometimes I go climbing. I can dance for three days in Festival without taking drugs and I am quite attracted by art in general. I love mountains and I am suffering here for the lack of hills of this country but I also do love Rotterdam (this city is crazy).

I hate racism and people who know everything or are pretending to know how the world works.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because when I travel I love to understand the local's lifestyle and join them.
Cities are made up of persons, not only by buildings.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm addicted to Heinrich Boell, Kapuściński and Judith Butler! I cannot live without any copy of these books.
You can follow me on Spotify to discover what I use to listen (now I am in a Techno phase).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I moved to three different cities. I have been meditating ten minutes every night for a year now before going to sleep. I took a climbing course, even though I am afraid of heights and now I love to climb. If you calculate the amount of hours I spent on a bus during my Erasmus Program in Germany, the result will be almost half a month of my life. I am always surrounded by wonderful people; I met one of my best friends on Couchsurfing. In the Netherlands, I learned how to ride a bike without hands. I am currently living in a flat with 7 guys: a Romanian, a Latvian, an Estonian, a German, a Greek and an Austrian. Our kitchen is always clean.
