ABOUT ME

I am a pretty easy going person, I like hanging out with friends and meeting new people, especially from other countries. I don't need much to enjoy my time, just the right atmosphere! I travel a lot, I love learning about different cultures and foreign languages. I care for my planet, I love animals and I don't eat them, I try to pursuit a "green" life style. I am not the kind of person that likes to lie all day on the sofa as she has a day off. I like being active and always try new things, I like using my time in the best way I can, I like combining a lot of plans and be dead tired at the end of the day, but happy and satisfied. I might take a little time before opening up with new people, but once I do I can assure I would do my best to make you feel good. I am a helpful and selfless person, I like sharing what I have and what I know.. Sharing is sometimes just the best possible solution!
I am currently studying Political Science and International Relations. I am interested in world issues, especially about developing countries. I have been doing lots of volunteering activities, the latest was with Alimentando, a local organisation in Pavia that works to avoid food waste. Here in Antwerp I am also doing some activities with an activist group for sustainability called Uact. I love doing this kind of social activities because it brings you in contact with so many beautiful people and beautiful realities, and gives you much more satisfaction that any money can give you.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

As I said before, I believe sharing is the key of everything. And the idea really suits with my idea of travelling, meeting local people willing to share their house with you for some time and listening to your stories, while you listen to theirs.

EXPERIENCE

I was hosted in Berlin and Venice, I really think is an interesting and diverse way of travelling! I hosted two people with CS (which were acually a friend's friends) at my family house, but unfortunately right now I cannot host anyone at my place. I am currently doing my Erasmus in Belgium, Antwerp. I really wish to have a lot of guests in my next house, I enjoy showing people the place where I live :)

兴趣

I actually have many interests.. I love good music, rock, reggae, ska, jazz, many different genres :) I love going to concerts, dancing and enjoying live music. I also play a little bit, the piano and the guitar. I like good books and good stories, especially the ones about travellers. I am also a big "do it yourself" fun, I like making my own jewelry and cosmetics hoping to become as self sufficient as possible haha.
I am crazy about Asia, especially China! I love the chinese language and that controversial culture.

I play the piano and I a little guitar! Always trying to learn as much as possible, when I have time. I have been learning how to do natural soap by myself and I have been doing some workshops to teach this to others.
