Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm here to make new friends. I'm a bit tired of acquaintances :) friends are an important part of my life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have received several nice people in Portugal, when I was living in Coimbra.
Besides the great experiences in receiving people, I do go sometimes to couch surfing meetings, it's a very good way to meet people.

Maybe soon I will discover a bit better Switzerland and start my experiences as a surfer ;)

Interests

I enjoy traveling. Sometimes I travel more than I plan, due to different reasons, I have been in several countries. Normally I don't make big plans for my travels, I just grab the opportunities as they come.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite band is Queens of the Stone Age. Of course we can't ever forget The Doors. I like to stay some time without hearing bands I really enjoy because I don't want the feeling to change.
In the past years I have been discovering a lot of new bands, new styles.
Bottom line, I enjoy jazz, african music, I love instrumental music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sometime ago I said to a friend that nothing shocks me anymore. I enjoy so much when I do something or see something different, the feeling, the heat inside, the sensations. For quite some I haven't felt any splendor about something new. I wonder if I need to be shacked or if this world is lacking wonders and feelings.

Do you want to learn Portuguese? This I can teach you :)
Do you need some help with IT systems? Maybe I can help you: programming, web sites, office, formatting windows.. :D

Less professional things, I guess I could help you building your helicopter, I had some plans for one :P
Rowing... about rowing you can ask me whatever, from training models to positions, experiences, rowing pace for competition, etc.
You want to discuss about robots, artificial intelligence? Well, I would love to hear you. My theory about them is not very promising for our future! :P
