About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm planning a life of knowledge and improvement, trying to incorporate - for what is possible - the carelessness that has vanished in the early youth!

ABOUT ME

I'm a young girl who wants to discover the "why" of everithing is around me.
I love culture, art, travel, literature and all that allows me to grow-up and become a better person.
I believe in dialogue and sharing: the world would be a more confortable place if we learn to talk to each other not only on the surface and if we are really interested in our neighbors.
I think travels are the most important tool to discover world and people, the most important tool to open your mind and understand the big importance of diversity.
I have often a positive attitude towards life, I don't believe in religion and superstition, although I'm really interested to discover the different ways of living the life that everyone has.

Important to me are the little pleasures of life: a cup of the, a good book, a kind word that lights up your day.

PHILOSOPHY

Too long to sum up in a few lines. Culture is the way, knowledge is the tool.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately I can't hosting people, even if I'd like it so much. My father is not so open-mind and he doesn't want strangers in our house. Maybe when I'll live alone I'll be able to reciprocate the hospitality of all the kind people that have done it for me.

Interests

Litterature in general, ancient culture (story, ancient litterature, greek, latin, ...), photography (I collaborate with a photographer in his studio), good music, good films (even if I need more time to watch them), .

Music, Movies, and Books

Film: mainly dramas, but also comedies... however no horror.

Music: I prefer italian songwriters' music (De André, Guccini, Battiato, ...) but all good music is good for me, expecially that one born in the 70's/80's.

Books: all. However, someone of my favourites are "Le petit prince" de Saint-Exupéry, "Lettera a un bambino mai nato", Oriana Fallaci, "To kill a mockingbird" Harper Lee.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I survived, that's much. :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not very good in nothing, but a little in a lot of thing. My subjects are greek and latin and also papyrology. If anyone is interested in... :)
I can also cooking for you, but the results are not guaranteed!

I'd like to learning languages, knowing cultures and tipical dishes, playing instruments and much more.
