About Me
Hey there! I'm new in Couchsurfing, my first experience with CS will be in Argentina so.... surfers and travelers of all the world... be patients!;) I'm beginner! Thanks to take some of your time to read my profile!
My name is Giulio, 23, I am originally from Varano Borghi, a little village in Lombardy (north Italy), really quite village where I was born and grown. Three years ago I get curious , willing to know somethings new, I decided to move from there to Uk.
I'm a chef in a Michelin star restaurant in London and cuisine it's a passion for me, but I often remember to myself that working to live and not living to work and therefore I find some time for my travels.
Anyway I don't want to bore you with the story of my life... we shall talk when we hang out for a beer!

Really curious, I want learn to be indipendent, able to adapt, self-sufficiency.
I really interested to know the different cultures, particularly food tradition. For example :How southamerican people does make cheese? Or cook and conserve the meat?
I want improve my english!
What can I teach you??? Mmm ... I don't know really... how to cook a really cool plate of italian pasta?!? ahahah
What I Can Share with Hosts
Some rolling tobacco my friend!? Just kidding! In Italy, me and my family have a great quantity of books (every kind). I usually bring with me some books to read during the travel, when I finished them, It's mine's custom to give as a gift one of these books to host! Enjoy the reading!
