Hi, I’m Giulio Versura, an Italian currently based in Damascus, Syria. I work in International Relations and hold a degree from the University of Bologna. I have also worked at the European Parliament, and I’m currently further developing my focus on international business development, particularly in the Global South.

I’m the founder and president of Global Youth Empowerment, an NGO working on humanitarian projects, research, and partnerships with both governmental institutions and civil society.

I’m currently based in Damascus, Syria, but I’ve lived and traveled in different countries, and I see movement as a way to truly understand the world.

I’m deeply curious about cultures, languages, and people. I love meaningful conversations, exchanging perspectives, and discovering places beyond the surface.
