ABOUT ME

I am a reliable and trustworthy boy, level-headed and polite. Despite I love meeting new people and make new friends, I am a little shy at first, but once you make me feel comfortable I'm very nice and friendly. I love learning new things and when I meet someone from a different cultural background I always try to understand all is possible about what makes us different and what makes us verge.

PHILOSOPHY

At first, I tought that reaching your goal was more important than living good. Now, I think that you can reach a goal only if you can live good.

Interests

Since i was a child, I've always been fascinated by visual arts, expecially comics, and music, and these are still my principal interests: almost every day I practise, both with the guitar and the pencil, in order to learn how to express myself best. My personal aim is to take these passions to the professional stage, acquire mastery in the things I love. During this year, I also learned to love what I study at the university, architecture, and this is pushing me to travel and to see new places and cities: in order to learn how to shape the space around, an architect must know different way of living it, different cultures of inhabitating.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I usually prefer experimental stuff( often from the early seventies), but I also listen rock, blues, and everything sounds "feeled" to me. In this period: Zappa, King Crimson, Area, Deep Purple, B.B. King,Muddy Waters, neapolitan music.
Movies: not very expert about cinema. Sometimes I watch a film, sometimes I like it, sometimes not, sometimes it simply becomes part of me. For example: Apocalypse Now,fistful dollars, unglorious bastards, ecc. very often my favourites are very "heavy".
Books: Despite I like better reading graphic novels than books, I understand when I'm reading good books( I got problems in choosing them...). favourite writer: Joyce, Svevo, Tolkien, Martin, Orwell and others. favourite comics authors: Moebius, Crumb, Thompson, Miura, Miller, Bilal, Magnus...and others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- visiting Medici's Chapels in Florence and admiring Michelangelo's sculptures, expecially Il Giorno;
