About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Rocking around the world

ABOUT ME

Well, i'm a nice, sociable and funny dude from Italy. I was born in a small city in Tuscany, but I settled in Bologna since 2008. Since 2022 I started a new career which involves travelling a lot (great!), therefore at the moment i don't live anywhere really ahah!
My perfect day would definitely consist of hiking in the woods, have a nice cold swim, a few even colder beers and a live music concert at last (something funky, hard rock or latin possibly :-) )!
I spent the last few years working as a Bike mechanic between France, Croatia, Italy and a few more places, if you need help with your bike feel free to ask :-)
I'm looking forward to visit more new places in the near future, hopefully our paths will cross along the way

PHILOSOPHY

Every panda has its day

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now, i cannot host as I have left my apartment for good! As soon as i find a new place, i'll share it with you !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had the chance to surf on several occasion thanks to CS, but also I traveled and got hosted in several occasions in the last years. I used to work in hostels and I've been sharing flats most of my life, so i'm quite used to live within a "community" and share space and cool stories with people

Interests

Used to play bass in a band, I love rock music as a whole, but especially classic hard rock and punk. I am also an hungry reader of crime novels. In my free time, you'll usually find me hiking, biking or at the bar 😅

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't like very much lists, but to give you some hints...
3 bands i really like: Skid Row, The Wildhearts, Jamiroquai.
3 authors: Mario Vargas Llosa, Joe Lansdale, Valerio Evangelisti

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Wild camping and trekking in a Croatian island for a week
Cloud inversion at dawn in Minca
Walked for a 100km from my hometown to the beach (i was very bored)

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm learning how to fix bikes and I worked last year in this, so feel free to reach out if you need help with yours. I also used to teach Italian language to foreigners, again you are very welcome to ask me anything!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Cook some Italian dish, help fixing your bike or teach basic mainteinance tips, help improve your Italian if you're learning it
