Practising meditation, reiki energy healing, swimming in cold waters, trekking and cycling wild, playing guitar and singing, dancing, cooking healthy vegetarian, eating and growing organic food, living ecofriendly.

Aiming to design sustainable communities, ecovillages, yoga retreats, transformational workshops and natural healing experiences.

Currently offering workshops around yoga and wild plants in the Swiss Alps.

Happy to share experiences with people into yoga, meditation, alternative medicine, energy healing, nutrition, forest bathing, dancing, spirituality, music.
